Mission and Vision
Divine Purpose Management provides dignified, affordable housing through rental, rent-to-own, and transitional pathways. Building a model for sustainable reintegration so every person, regardless of their past, has a place to call home.
We do this by developing, acquiring, and managing affordable homes and by offering rent-to-own options and transitional living support for families, returning citizens, people in recovery, veterans, and seniors.

We serve low-income families seeking stability, safe units, and a path to ownership; returning citizens needing second-chance housing with structured reentry; people in recovery benefiting from sober-living, accountability, and life skills; veterans and seniors accessing ADA-ready options and supportive services; and rent-to-own tenants building credit and buyer readiness.
